garyluther I tried a apply and delay for the rainfall a fews back. Issue is the items do not always work as advertsied, AND the client will want you to apply ans delay for rainfall on transaction too. As Russ said, use ARMA technique and keep with a fresh ceiling behind you and a examine in your wallet.

If you are going to Spam, at least do it right.
You are repeating your keyword way too many times in a sentence.

Trees are your ENEMY, if using a wait for the rain roof cleaning system.
The Trees block the force of the rain, force that is needed to wash the dead algae off the roof.

garyluther Judgment is still out as it is not available on the industry yet, we have been washing roof since 2004 and have yet to by any reptile oil, just use the ARMA accepted technique like we do and you will be excellent.

Accordroofs Roof cleaning is an emerging market that has seen some explosive growth over the last few years. With this growth, comes a whole crop of new roof cleaning companies run by innovative entrepreneurs, brimming with ideas on improving the industry. Some keen businessmen have used the opportunity created by this growth, to establish roof cleaning certification programs. Whether or not these programs are viable, is a legitimate question for consumers looking to have their roofs cleaned.

That's because you are ethical. Many Tampa Roof Cleaners will see the granule loss, and clean the roof anyway.
No Granules, no nice looking roof, clean or not.

cleanandgreen Often is the case when we clean a roof in Houston Texas that we see granular loss. As you see in the pictures here the granules come off the shingles and are then held in the Gutters. A well maintained clean roof will prevnt this granular loss and increase the life of the roof by as much as 50%.

katty No one enjoys the day they pull into the driveway and notice black spots or streaks forming on their asphalt roof shingles. Most homeowners assume something has failed and the shingles surface granules have fallen off; fortunately, granule loss it's a myth common when investigating roof cleaning.

Black Roof Stains are not just present on shingle roofs. We do a lot of Tile Roof Cleaning In Tampa and see it present on the roof tiles as well. In fact. here in Tampa, we see it growing on glass and aluminum too.

Strength of your solution, and type of gutter drainage are other variables that effect these answers.
Rain can be your friend, or your enemy, depending on how much of it you get, and when you get it.

Peerless You couldn't have complimented me more.....

It's called hard work and dedication, the same stuff I used to make roof cleaning safer in Tampa.

I recently lost some baby weight I put on when my wife was pregnant, so I'm lean and looking good.

We see many Tampa Roof Cleaning Scams down here. I have developed a for sure spray and wait for the rain roof cleaning system. It really works, I field tested it over many years. The problem is here in Tampa, people want instant results. It was too hard of a sell, so I abandoned it. LOL, I should bottle and sell it ? It works better, and much faster, then any spray and forget or wet and forget. It does depend on the rain, so you are screwed if the customer is under trees! Not enough force from the rain will hit the roof for fast removal of the algae.
