New home construction cleaning

I have a question, hope someone can help!!!!
We know that there are three phases to new home construction cleaning, what I don't know is if they are all together in the bid or are the separate, if they are separate is the price per sq. foot the same on each phase?

Can anyone tell me what the price is per sq. foot for around the Fort Worth, TX area. I figure it is between .15-.20 cents, does this sound right to you.

Any help that anyone on this site can give me as bidding on new home construction or rental cleaning, will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
