Just checking in letting everyone know it's going great! I think theses will be my niche'. Already final drafted a letter to send out.
Luckily, I found an employee who likes to clean. She's great. The hours fit her schedule as she has a full-time job.

Thanks, everyone. This is my first 5 day a week client. Looking through Craigslist for employees has been less then enjoyable.

I think your calculations of about 5 hours per night are correct. I would be at $1,995.00 per month.

We have done many medical offices but never any with an operating room. So I may be off here due to that. But, given the numbers you used you are at a production rate of 1400 sq feet per hour. Which even for medical is very low. I would be more around 1 person at 2.5 hours per cleaning.
You also are not saying if tile care is a part of the bid, i.e. stripping, finish, burnish. Or if you are providing paper products. More info would help to be more accurate.

Medical Office Bid
Bidding on a medical office 7k square feet. 2 bathrooms, 2 operating rooms, PACU and Prep & Hold. All floors are tile. 5 days a week.
Was thinking 2 people @. 2.5 hours each.
$1,825.00 a month
Any other ideas?
