katty The charging of services is based on the work that the cleaning job will require. Certainly charging on per hour criteria is more appropriate as it gets the work monitored timely and there remains no issue because of work being done under supervision of experts.

cleaning services list

Every home and client are going to be different. Every business is also going to be different. Our company has created lists based on how we operate our business and it flows with our business model. It may take you some time to stream-line a list that works for your businesses needs...

Yes I agree. Every home and client is different. I do a walk-thru initially and see what needs done while also quickly pointing out which is a special or added service. Some clients want the world for cheap.

bloun We have our house cleaning checklist on our website. We also have a printed copy when we do a walk through or sign an agreement. It is easier for both parties to have a clear understanding of what cleaning services will be performed in each house, apartment or office.

funfunfun I base it all from what each house needs. Because not everyone's place is going to be the same.

katty We provide cleaning services in our local area. We also get several types of queries; out of them some wants services on an hourly basis while some want service according to sq. feet or space. We also process them accordingly sometimes we also get the client through bidding.

List of services for residential cleaning

I found a checklist on this site that looks like it will work well for smaller offices and such. However, I am looking for the services that are offered to residential clients. I am assuming it is fairly straight forward.
Sweep floors, vacuum carpets, clean bathroom, dust window seals and a/c vents.
Do you guys bid jobs by the time estimate or do you bid each specific house differently based on what needs cleaning? Do all houses receive somewhat the same service?
