AZ PowerWash Pros | I think it all works! Typically my clients find me online. But nothing beats hitting the pavement and walking into commercial buildings talking to owners and managers. |

maryancell001 | There can be lots of ways out to lure customer to take your service, but before that you need to stratergise your plan with good marketing skill like floating your company name & agenda via online service. Also if possible promote your business by distributing some free of cost services & the important thing that you should keep in mind, that the product you are trying to sell, should be good enough to bring much more business to you. Likewise Janitorial Supplies which has got exceptional brand value in the market. |

customizedcleaning | I advertise on a local website called kijiji.ca (not sure what yours is, maybe craigslist?) I have my website listed in the ad, I find alot of people go to my site first after seeing the ad on kijiji, they see it looks good then they inquire. I have to say 90% of my business is from using this site along with the rest being word of mouth. Oh I also have ads put up in local convenience stores....I have gotten a few jobs that way as well. |

Re: How to find your clients. Social media is the best way to spread word about your business. You can advertise your business on Facebook,Twitter and you can also connect to people through Linkedin. Word of mouth will restrict your area of work but social media will take you a long way.You can also get feed back of your work instantaneously. |

There are many ways to get new customer's, but you need to be wary of methods used. Yard sings on the street are a good eye catcher but it depends on your city's code enforcement. They can track you down and fine you or do nothing and your sign stays put for months enjoying free street advertising. You can also go to high end shopping centers/malls and pass out flyers on cars but be careful as sometimes security might tell you something. Car magnets are another way. Internet, Forums, Social Media, Adwords (expensive), |

AndrewWilliam | Promoting a business is necessary in every aspect and when talking about it with respect to cleaning business then use of online marketing for spreading name of the company on the internet that is via social media websites, online submission of articles, press releases and classifieds can be helpful. Other techniques that help are like advertising in local newspapers, television commercials and many others which must include the examples of your work. |

ttcleaning | Most of our customers find us on the internet like Google or Yelp, referral works for me too, I would say Google pay per click advertising is most effective, your will get phone calls right away, but that's expensive. |

denverdustbunnies | We use a SEO company, who manages all of our marketing as well as social media, so they help a lot in that aspect. We generally get multiple leads a day through our website. We also recently ran a Living Social deal for 50% off cleaning and that got us huge exposure. Stressful and I probably won't run it again but our traffic shot through the roof and we signed an incredible amount of new clients. |
