aronmatt3 It best to share on the basis of square foot or share the prices equally with everyone benefiting from the same. After all it is everyone's property and it is a good habit to keep your properties clean.

bmwillsmith I pay more when they offer the best cleaning services and hospitality. It is always my priority to keep it clean.

Rapid HotClean There's no such thing as a price per SF that works universally in every locale and in every situation. Figure out what your cost will be, then add to that an acceptable level of profit. The sum of the two being your bid.

Common Areas Cleaning

I prefer to give cleaning of my space on area basis means per foot.

How do you guys price the common areas? just by square footage and frequency? or something else ? someone let me know bc im trying to price a retirement home that wants just the common areas cleaned.
