Looks great!

Just out of curiosity, what is your chemical preference for roofs? (if you don't mind me asking)

We did the mail kiosk as a demo to help land the contract. We started on Tues. Oct. 17 and finished this past Friday (Oct. 27). 40 Buildings in 9 days took quite an effort. I owe all the guys a huge "Thanks!"
Hey Don,

Just found this website and am loving it so far. Great conversations.
I have a job that I need to place a bid on that is very similar to this.
Did you just do the roofs, or was it an all out kinda job?

Many customers, in the desire to get a "deal" have NO idea just how dangerous non pressure roof cleaning can be without an experienced helper.
They just keep calling around until they find someone cheap.
To be cheap, you have to cut corners, and compromise safety.
Both your own, and your customers property.
There are many inexperienced, incompetent non pressure roof cleaning people out there, and the customer has a hard time telling them from those who really know what they are doing.

Most are pressure washers, who only have help on the few days they clean roofs.
Pressure washing does not require a helper, it can be done alone.
So IF these non pressure roof cleaning wannabee's DO have help, it is not really experienced help at all.
Usually, it is a family friend, or a bum from the Labor Pool.

I follow up on all my calls, and too often hear the customers say "I wish I would have gone with YOU guys"
I ask them why they didn't, and most will admit they were confused, and bought non pressure roof cleaning on price alone !

It never ceases to amaze me why someone in a 300,000.00 home would ever take the cheapest price, but they sometimes think "non pressure roof cleaning is all the same" LOL

Unfortunately, we see many get an expensive education far too often.

I often take it personally, and feel I have failed my potential customers.
I have even asked the lost customers "WHAT did I do wrong" ?

Who's the Guru?

As always...Don is the real deal!

You can't argue with good work, well-done, in a cooperative manner, all while teaching. Everybody gains. We even get to see the results on the web!

Nice job on a big deal, I'm sure there is plenty more where that came from. You deserve the success you've made, nobody can deny that!
