everything 1. depends on your area. 2. depends on what you are geared up for. If it is a profitable job then take it. Grab as many opportunities as you can and from that you should be able to find out which you are more suited for. |

robertmatheka | Whenever it comes to industrial pressure washing, hot water is precisely what is required. I like commercial washing! |

Yep, I have one of those signs about 20 miles from me...luckily in a small town where I don't do a lot of work. ANY house $99.00. Tried to call the guy and ask if he really meant ANY house, and if so, I have a 12,000 square foot house that needs a washing bad...All I got was his voice mail... "Hey, this is Leslie...I kint come to thuh phone raht now, please leave uh message and Ah'l call yew back real soon" |

Dave Ott | Mike thats good. I was more on the lines of how decks and houses have gone from good to bad now. Instead of the any size house wash for 200.00 now I see them for 99.00 and free driveway, dog scrubbing etc. Decks that used to drive the legit guys mad for any size 99.00 now are any size deck cleaned and sealed for 65.00 and less on wood signs. How much does it cost to fill up an ford escort nowadays? LOL |

I started targeting residential last year, but I did my first commercial job this spring, a roof job. I like the commercial jobs, they are much more profitable and since I upgraded my insurance I now target them more and have picked up several more commercial jobs. Hey Mike, over book yourself this winter and I'll come help ya. Say Dec-Feb..........lol That sure would get me through the winter. I have family in Vero Beach and around Orlando I could stay with. |

I do both, mostly residential at this point. Slowly moving towards commercial. Hey, Don...speaking of commercial roof cleaning, I have a bid I'm going to be putting in for a rather large apt. complex...tile roofs. Interested in a few days in Gainesville if anything comes of the bid? |

All Seasons Exteriors | My pressure cleaning is predominantly residential with some commercial. However, the roof cleaning is trending toward the opposite. |
