" To get those stubborn stains off of the inside of you microwave; spray liberally with two parts water and one part bleach, heat on high for 20 seconds and let stand for about an hour. The stains should come right off. For really stubborn stains heat for 30 seconds and let sit for 2 - 3 hours."

"spray liberally with two parts water and one part bleach" in the microwave - NEVER! It's bleach, for God's sake!

Cleaning the kitchen can seem so intimidating. Many people would pick laundry duty or weed patrol in the yard any day, because with dishes piled up in the sink, splashes from last night's lasagna on the oven walls, and rings around the faucet, it seems like the only way the kitchen will ever be clean is if you dedicate an entire week to fighting it.

Here is 10 tips of kitchen cleaning:- (Jeananne Cleaning services)
1. Use a garbage bowl.
2. Line your cutting board with a flexible cutting mat.
3. Take the trash can or recycling bin out of the cupboard.
4. Pick up anything that falls on the floor right away.
5. Put reusable measuring spoons in a cup.
6. Make it easy to clean as you go.
7. Use a splatter screen on the stove.
8. Measure and spray over the sink (or open dishwasher)
9. Fill a bottle with soapy water.
10. Cook more slowly.

Several people have mentioned using bleach. May I remind you that bleach is a toxic agent??? Not safe to breathe in the fumes, not safe to get on your skin, and a host of other issues. A good H202 cleaner will do all the same things but wont be dangerous for you, your children or your pets.

Cutegirl had some nice ideas but, in my humble opinion, I think all of it is carrying the "green" thing too far. There are many great all purpose cleaners that are totally safe, smell great and do the job. In other words, if one uses all cutegirls tips, it would be a bit obsessive-compulsive and waste your precious time.

Nice tips. And yes, vinegar is truly a life savior when it comes to spring cleaning. Even kitchen cleaning as well. The best part is, anyone can use it. After we clean our client's kitchen, we always suggest them to make sure their kitchen is regularly cleaned using vinegar, to avoid all the hard grease and grime formation.

Wow, it's was great luck that I found this topic. It will be very useful to me. I have a new kitchen from Kitchen Cabinets Westcotville NJ. It is very high quality and beautiful, and I'm a little afraid of spoiling something during cleaning, so I looked for some tips for cleaning the kitchen.
