I've recently become the janitor at my firehouse and I want to bring some shine back to the floor in our meeting room. The floor is linoleum tiles and as far as I can tell they haven't been touched since they went in (possibly in 1980). I'm not sure if I need to completely strip the floor or just top scrub and add more finish. I have a swing machine and some mops but that's about it. The project would also have to be on a tight budget. Any advice is appreciated. I've put pictures of the floor below.
