The Office is the place where you spend hours working hard but a filthy office can deter you from your doing your job efficiently and more importantly can make you sick. The floors and the walls needs to be cleaned on daily basis and brooms and moping brushes can make cleaning easy. Now we even have the options of saving time and money by investing in different office cleaning equipment which ensures sparkling floors and healthier living.
The size of the floor and number of people working in the office can determine the right office cleaning equipment. Both light and heavy duty equipments are available based on the area to be cleaned. The type of materials to be cleaned also determines the machine to be used. Most offices have expensive floorings and cleaning equipments are used accordingly. A vacuum is the right office cleaning equipment instead of a mop in order to clean a carpet.

The high powered battery operated auto scrubber has now replaced the traditional mop and bucket system. This type of advanced office cleaning equipment can save effort, time and money. The hassles involved in cleaning are greatly reduced with these kinds of cleaning equipments. It saves a lot of effort and time for the machine operator. While cleaning carpets, the office cleaning equipment such as scrubber utilizes a high powered extractor to work like a vacuum cleaner. The ability to extract dirt even from the deepest fabric of the carpet without causing any harm has made it popular choice in most offices.

Squeegee is an important office cleaning equipment. There are other window cleaning systems available that keep dirt and dust off the glass. If you want a squeaky clean window then these kinds of office cleaning equipments are the best as users don’t have to refill the water every time to clean the window.

This also reduces the office cleaning time extensively. Now we have the convenience of an air purifying system that eliminates the bacteria, pollen, dust and toxic gases to provide a safe air. It also acts as deodorizers for office rooms as well. There are other equipments available to clean the heating ducts and air conditioning.

You should also consider equipment and supplies - especially in places like the restroom. Studies have shown that employees and customers are more likely to wash their hands when the restroom they are using appears clean and tidy. Simply ways to make your restroom at least appear clean (and thus increase more hygienic habits for your employees) include swapping out paper towels for a auto hand drying and switching from liquid hand soap to foaming hand soap (which doesn't leave a pool of dripping soap on the counter).

Keeping office surfaces clean & disinfected helps fight the spread of germs. Typically, phones, computer keyboards and receptionist counters contain a high number of bacteria.

Our office cleaning services include disinfecting of the door knobs, phones, counters, light switches, chair arms, and restrooms. However, we ask our clients to take care of their computer keyboards, so we wouldn't "type up" anything if they forget to log-out.
