I have a daycare center looking for price. They have 4,700sq ft. They have about 6 classrooms each with a bathroom. Couple of offices need to be cleaned and hallways. They are looking to have it done 5x a week. I would have 2 people on to clean it. Thinking a bid between 1,200-1,400 a month should be good. What does anybody think about it? Thanks

Day care center requires more cleaning it looks some difficult as it requires regular cleaning. It depends on your point of view that how you take it. It may be a good source of earning for you so check your financial condition and decide rates.

$1,200 is the high end of a day care center. Our local market would dictate a price closer to the $600. I bid daycare buildings the same as schools as you have desks to manuever around and more restrooms to clean.

I clean a daycare 11,000 sq ft for $1200.00/month. I feel I'm underpaid. We vaccum, sweep, mop, etc. There's 9 classrooms, each classroom has 1 or 2 bathrooms. There's also 1 office and a receptionist area we clean. We wipe down the kids tables and chairs as well as the classrooms furniture. We clean the glass around the center as well. The owner wants us to buy our own supplies, we feel that he's taking advantage of us. We got hired directly under the daycare but he considers us outside vendors. What would be the estimated pricing for cleaning this size?
