I would not base my entire business on one thing. Diversify and do other cleaning projects that will bring in residual income like commercial or residential cleaning in addition to the forclosure cleaning.

If you want to start a cleaning business I suggest you not limit yourself to such a small market. You can offer foreclosure home cleaning as a service you provide along with other services such as office cleaning, carpet cleaning etc. There are a lot of resources out there that can help you start a profitable cleaning business. Just google "how to start a cleaning business"

Over 94 billion a year is spent in the cleaning industry alone, so there is money to be made.
