I have been trying to clean off this black that was left from the shelving that was on this floor. (Used to be a dollar general) I have been using my floor machine and various chemicals to little to no effect. I've tried general cleaners and degreaser, floor stripping solution, bleach, hydrogen peroxide and goo gone.

Any ideas?

I may not be a commercial cleaner, but from the picture it looks like wear on the tile. That cheap tile gets wear easily. Considering you've tried everything and it's not coming off - you might be better of leaving it or coming back around to it.

The only things I could think of trying are a magic eraser (careful with this, spot test first) or letting some coconut oil sit on it for 5-10 minutes or perhaps a baking soda and water solution left on the spots for 5-10 minutes and then using a brillo pad/abrasive sponge/wire brush.
