The national brokers have been scouring various cleaning industry boards for new victims.

BE CAREFUL answering emails and doing business with these guys! Almost all of them have a bad reputation of slow/ no-pay and ALL are low-ballers.

Joel is right. Ask yourself when they call and offer 10, 20, or 30 accounts. Would you do business with someone out of state offering this much business over the telephone?

The reason they offer many accounts is to make the bottom line look good, it will not be. The only person making money will be the MMM. (Maintenance Management Mafia)

I've been turning them down for years. Broke my own rules a while back and tried one offering me the chance to set the rate. Didn't want to be a hypocrite regarding MMM and pricing and took a chance since it involved only about 1 hour of my time and labor. Never paid.

Shame on me.
