Hello, Can anyone tell me where I can get a list of addresses for property mannagement in my area for mail outs.

We search online for rental properties. Type in property management and your city and state and they should pop up. Also, everytime we pass a for rent sign we jot down the information to send them a flyer. You can also look in the phone book.

You can also look in the local papers under rentals.

I use Dundee Data to purchase lists. Last quote I had was $125 for 175 names. Obviously there will be some redundancy, but to me worth the cost. I request in an excel document, dumpt it to ACT and away I go!
