I need help! What is the best shoe/sneaker to wear for housecleaners? I have worn nike and Asics. My feet are killing me by the end of the day. I do have medical issues as well, but wonder what everyone wears that are comfortable for long periods.

I wear Crocs. Actually, Dawgs which is a much cheaper knock-off. I have 15 pairs that I bought from E-Bay during the Summer for $8.00 and I usually end up wearing them into stores or back into my house and when the tread wears off, I swap them for a new pair. Really helps keep me from falling on wet tiled floors. I live in WI so yes, we have snow so I wear my boots to the car and when I get to the account, on come the "Crocs." I couldn't/wouldn't clean a house without them! I do the wet so I need something that the water will flow thru and not have to wear socks. My sister wears tennis shoes and when we clean the hardwood floors, hers leave footprints. Mine don't.

BUT....if you have medical issues and need major support, skip this message all together cause you won't get much support from a Croc. I work about 5-6 hours daily and have never had foot fatigue wearing them. (?) Might want to give them a try.

Hey Dude's men's shoes match men's sizes, but the women's collections are a little baggy. Even though they are all made in the USA, each brand designs different styles of shoes from unique materials with different levels of flexibility.

I have been wearing Sperry Brand shoes. I like them because I can buy waterproof ones in high or low top, to me they feel like wearing moccasins + Sperry Shoes has an outlet store on line sperry outlet store
I find the soles a little thicker than most tennis shoe types and seem to wear well. After 1 year wearing the shoes they held up pretty good. Brad BD Janitorial.
I wear them 4-8 hrs a night and no sore feet.
