Hello, I am new on this site, but not new to the business. I have been in the professional cleaning business for over 20 years. Mostly, residential. Some commercial. I am located near Boulder, CO. While I was married, this was a great second income. Since divorce......oh gosh, I better get serious now. I love cleaning, no problem there. What I lack is the time and knowledge to make a true business out of it. SOOOOOOOOO busy working my fingers to the bone. :sweatdrop: Reality check, single with no retirement, no 401K. 20 years of experience doing what I love to do. Seems like I should figure out how to do something big with it.

Thanks, T
You are very perceptive. My business does run me.
Years ago, I had as many as 3 girls working for me. In some respects it was great. In other ways, it was a major hassle.
It would appear that my next step forward is to find good help. Any suggestions?

I have had wonderful success hiring persons who wanted part time work for the following reasons - 1) they had small children is school and wanted the flexablilty of working around the school schedules or 2) they themselves were in school (college) and needed the flexability of being able to change their schedules to match their new schedules each semester.

If you can work with the scheduling of these two groups of people you will find a loyal group in my experience
