Due to the success of our programs and the success of service providers in our network, we continue to expand throughout the US and we have an increasing number of opportunities.
Our fee arrangements are competitive and vary based on our clients and the service provided. By participating in the Field Pros Direct Platform, service providers will have new opportunities to assist property owners in their time of need and through our platform, there is no pressure to accept assignments if they are not a good fit.

Our current partners enjoy working with Field Pros Direct not only for the new assignment opportunities but they also enjoy participating in a growing network that has a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Water damage restoration is among the most complicated treatments that most houses ultimately experience. Homes that were mostly constructed with timber are specifically prone to major water damage since soaked wood and sheetrock produce ideal conditions for mold growth.
The most important thing is the restoration company you hired should be licensed and all the people who are involve in the fire damage restoration process must be insured. It is not just of the safety purpose but also because according to law the water damage restoration company must be licensed.
The inspection of the damage begins with the repairing process. A team of professionals evaluate the total damage, the situation and which parts of the construction have been most affected by the water.
Water damage restoration is the process of restoring property that has been damaged by water. Such damage can be caused by floods, storms, leaks or broken pipes. The restoration can be as simple as vacuuming up water and drying out the area, or it can involve rebuilding entire sections of a structure.

As part of the process, attention is paid to moisture levels, rust mitigation, mold prevention and removal, disinfecting and deodorizing . There are two general processes involved in water damage restoration: removing the water and extracting the moisture.

The main steps involved in complete restoration are:

1)water damage assessment

2)water removal

3)water extraction

4)water cleanup and

5)restoration.

Water damage is not always the result of dramatic events like hurricanes and floods. Homes often are ruined by pinhole-sized leaks in pipes, leakage, etc. The moment you notice that, you need to take some action immediately! Its much better to call professional restoration company. Because they are not just going to find the origin, but get permanent solution too.

Hello, I am involved in a minor water damage loss to a customer that has hardwood floors on his main level. There is no obvious damage to the floor at this time although I am sure there is moisture, albeit as little as is might be, between floor and subfloor. He has exposed joist bays below with radiant tubing running throughout the area. I have several Dri-eaz lgr dehumidifiers at my disposal as well as 40 turbo dryers. I have been involved in many water damage restorations over the years but really have never figured out what to do in a situation with radiant heat and hardwood floors. I have a list of some questions: 1) Is it really possible to properly dry a hardwood floor, or more to the point, is it possible to properly dry in between flooring layers? (without demo) 2) can you use radiant heat to your advantage and if so at what temp.? 3) high temp., moisture, food source, and stagnant air are the ingredients for mold growth. seems to me all those factors are present in this situation unless the radiant heat can help the floor to dry in a timely manner.(24-48 hrs.) Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are many water damage restoration company now. What's good is some water damage restoration company offers emergency services. I suggest, rather than just thinking about DIYing, we need to rely more on the professionals.
