Why does my surface cleaner only run at 1,000 psi? My commercial gas-powered pressure washer delivers 3,000 psi to the handheld cleaner, but once I attach the surface cleaner, the pressure drops. Got me baffled.
Here is some background. I have lived in Thailand for over two decades now and live in the boonies. We have about two acres with a driveway down the middle with a cul-de-sac. The rainy season leaves slime on the concrete making it slippery for our customers as we run a pizza joint on the weekends.
After burning out two electric-powered machines, I upgraded. Plenty of water and pressure until it comes to the surface cleaner. The photo shows one of our workers using the machine. Any ideas?
