Really? Getting your customers to your website is just the first part. Once they're at the site you still need to get them to make contact or book a cleaning. A nicely designed site shows you're not a fly-by-night operation, and that you've got honest reputable services.

As we say: "the goal of our website is to get customers, not just clicks."

whakataka I have to agree with you that a nicely designed website does make a difference. I personally feel more comfortable using a professional looking website which is why I am always trying to improve our website.

It is also important to note that nicely designed does help, but it is also important to have the site properly coded. A site may look amazing, but if it is poorly coded, Google won't like it, and will index it less.

Thanks. I am not so unsure over the looks, just the content and code. It's all pretty new to me. I appreciate the comment.
If you are worried about the code, check out godspeedtechnologies.com. They are pretty good with coding a website to where its Google friendly. They aren't too expensive from what I remember, especially since the site is already up and all they would have to do would be to revamp it. check out the site that they did for us - www.snellexperts.com.
